So, some of the wonderful, unintended benefits of driving forward with a really cohesive, purposeful, sustainability and ESG program has been companies become magnets for talent.
Companies driving towards ESG value gender diversity, ethnic diversity, LGBTQ+ diversity.
I've seen this play out in a beautiful way where there are organizations who value and they're very forward about it, they value gender diversity. They value ethnic diversity. They value LGBTQ+ diversity. All aspects, disability as well. They put it forefront such that I as a Brown woman have an interest in that company because they see me.
