He is an accomplished and highly regarded expert spanning go to market strategies, sales transformation, customer strategy, customer experience, consumer insight, product and service innovation and accelerating revenue growth.

Adam is passionate about helping major organisations better understand their customers and develop integrated strategies to drive growth, having helped organisations around the world to achieve their growth strategies and goals - profitability, predictably and sustainably.

With deep expertise in both B2B and consumer go-to-market and omnichannel strategy, sales transformation and sales-force effectiveness, he is recognised for optimising sales performance to be a key strategic competitive advantage for clients.

He specialises in go-to-market transformations in a wide-range of highly competitive sectors. From the design and implementation of channel architecture to the reorganisation of the sales force and the development of capability-building initiatives.

His experience, gained locally and internationally across sectors, comes from both sales leadership roles and a specialist management consulting background with a focus on strategic organic growth and sales performance improvement.
