Charlotte van der Wal is a Senior Consultant in Korn Ferry’s Organizational Strategy team, based in New York. 

Ms. Van der Wal works with diverse clients including life sciences, finance, healthcare and retail to align organizational strategy to business strategy. She is most passionate about work that focuses on the intersection of structural and behavioral components of large-scale transformation.

Conscious of organizational context, she works with clients to successfully position structure, people and culture to advance the business agenda.

Ms. Van der Wal is recognized as a sharp observer and big-picture thinker. Also, clients value her commitment, curiosity and care for the people around her.

Ms. Van der Wal has experience in organization & workforce transformation, top team performance, culture transformation, and performance management.

Previous roles include: Operating model and organization design for one of the organizations developing a Covid-19 vaccine; Top team performance with executive team and teams of the ELT members for an international pharma organization; Career architecture and talent acquisition audit for Biotech organizations; Action learning with executives for an integrated health system; Interim position in Fortune500 food retailer’s Global Organization Design Team; Rapid culture transformation through “hackathon” approach.

Ms. Van der Wal graduated cum laude from Rotterdam School of Management in 2017 with a Master’s degree in Global Business & Sustainability. She has an Honors bachelor’s degree in International Business and Philosophy. She is certified in Korn Ferry’s competency model and in Korn Ferry’s KF4D assessment. She is fluent both in Dutch and English.
