Senior Consultant

Clare Carlisle is a Senior Consultant with Korn Ferry’s Culture, Change, and Communications practice within the Organization Strategy division. Clare partners with clients to create working environments where employees are learning, engaged, and connected to the organization’s mission and strategy. 

Clare’s expertise includes applying psychological theory and insight to improve engagement and performance, change management, cultural transformation, leadership development, and research.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Clare worked for a London-based talent strategy consultancy that helped clients adopt data-led approaches to talent management to improve leadership capability and performance. In this role, Clare managed leadership development and cultural transformation initiatives, implemented business-wide change programs, and delivered workforce insight to C-suite leaders with a focus on the factors that drive high performance in their unique contexts.

Clare has consulted for clients across various industries including energy, transportation, and financial and professional services. Clare also previously worked in corporate retail as a visual merchant where she was responsible for floorset design and execution for North American stores.

Clare holds a MSc degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and a BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University where she conducted research on the process of developing personal interests.
