Dan has a passion for providing exceptional service to both his clients and candidates utilizing his deep network to uncover top talent. Across all of his searches, Dan partners with his clients to deliver a range of skilled candidates who not only possess the skill set the client is in search of but have the intangible, off-the-resume traits to impact the organization.

Throughout Dan's career, he has worked with clients both nationally and globally, as well as with small/medium sized businesses, Private Equity (and their Portfolio Companies), Privately-Held, and Family Offices to F100 companies from Analyst to C-Suite across all industry verticals.

Dan has been promoted 4 times in his 7 years at Korn Ferry (Lucas Group) and has been a President Club winner 6 years, a Platinum Elite (Top 15) biller 4 years and was recently promoted to Principal which is the highest title in his respective COE.

Dan graduated from Illinois State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and was a multi-year Dean’s List award winner.
