Ms. Bokinsky advises forward-thinking executives to drive strategy execution through optimal design of the organization, leadership and workforce.

As an experienced health care executive, Ms. Bokinsky works with clients to solve the unique and daily challenges facing leaders in achieving top-level performance and strategic success for their teams and the organization. 

Ms. Bokinsky designs executable solutions that connect-the-dots across systems, structures, functions, and processes so the organization works as one and not just the sum of its parts to achieve goals and strategic vision.

Ms. Bokinsky has more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience in organizational strategy, business and network development and growth, change management, leader coaching, provider and stakeholder relations, recruitment and retention and performance excellence.

Her experience spans complex health environments including academic medical centers, public hospital systems, provider groups, community and rural hospitals and clinics, as well as nonprofit organizations dedicated to improving health in their communities.

Strategy and executive leadership positions include roles at Parkland Health and Hospital System, Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, Methodist Healthcare Ministries, and University of Missouri Health Care System.

Ms. Bokinsky holds a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a national examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige performance excellence program, and a Certified Executive Coach (CEC).
