Her educational background includes an Executive MBA program in Strategic Leadership and International Management at The University of Texas at Dallas, two Bachelor degrees, and a Master degree with emphasis on Organizational Administration. In addition, she has earned professional certifications for project management (PMP), human resources (SPHR and SHRM-SCP), and Texas State Bar mediation.
