Mr. Berton has over 15 years experience working as a talent management consultant and coach across industry sectors and geographic territories to drive growth, resilience, change and transformations.
His main areas of expertise include Strategic Talent Management solution design and implementation, high potential identification, top management assessments, succession, top team effectiveness, leadership development and 1:1 executive coaching – leveraging a strengths and evidence-based approach.
Building on a deep appreciation for complexity and the contextual challenges of “leadership that matters”, he works exploratively off his client's agenda and helps with developing change capabilities and enhancing their sense of empowerment.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Berton worked as an independent consultant as well as in a leading advisory firm, where he delivered and led talent and leadership projects in multi-cultural environments including Europe, India and APAC – always with a focus to support people strategy, business objectives, flow and “happiness”.
Mr. Berton completed a business degree and earned a masters in HR Management and Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney (under tutelage of Dr. Anthony Grant). Frank also served as President of the Coaching and Mentoring Association and continues to support the development of professional, evidence-based coaching practice.
A native German speaker with dual citizenship, Frank is fluent in English and has some knowledge of Swedish.
