As a member of the Korn Ferry Institute Mr. Wendt validates instruments calculates norms and analyzes client data to get the message out of the data.

Mr. Wendt is an expert in quantitative and qualitative research methods. He is an expert in statistical packages like SPSS, HLM, MLWiN, M-plus, and Lisrel, and artificial intelligence software like Neural Networks. He uses these techniques in research projects for major clients in various industries. Examples are ABN-AMRO, RABO-bank, Nike in the Netherlands, British Airways and P&O Nedlloyd in the U.K., Statoil in Norway, and the Saudi Electricity Company, Emirates Airlines, and Qatar Airways in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 1991, Hein worked for a private statistical research company, Gamma-Routine, in Amsterdam.

Mr. Wendt earned his PhD in Psychology from the KU Leuven (Belgium), his M.A. and B.A. in Political Sciences from the Free University in Amsterdam.

He is appointed as a visiting professor at the KU Leuven in the faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences  and combines research with teaching and supervising PhD students.

He has published in The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Management and International Journal of HRM.
