I have extensive experience in managing regional and global accounts and complex engagements, including serving as the lead partner for Saudi Aramco with EY, and a breadth of expertise across various domains, ranging from people/HR matters to their impact on transactions, ESG, technology, compliance, and culture, amongst other.

Residing in the Middle East since 2008 has provided me with a thorough understanding of the local culture and business environment, as well as  direct involvement in the region's dynamic development.

Before joining Korn Ferry, I spent more than 20 years working for EY and Deloitte in Europe and the Middle East, in various senior leadership roles.

I am deeply passionate about advancing the talent agenda and fostering the development of Saudi Arabia and its talent through Korn Ferry's organizational consulting capability, including executive search, leadership and talent consulting, rewards and benefits, assessment and succession, and organizational strategy.

My academic background includes a Master of Laws degree from the University of Zagreb in Croatia, complemented by completing an Account Leader Program at the London Business School.
