




Jane Seu is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Technology practice, advising organizations at the forefront of AI, emerging technology, and innovation across enterprise, late-stage startups, and mission-driven ecosystems.
Jane’s primary focus is executive search, partnering with CEOs and boards to recruit senior leadership across CEO, board, and C-suite roles. In parallel, she advises on leadership team composition, organizational alignment, and the capabilities required to compete in an AI-driven environment.
Jane's work spans enterprise companies undergoing AI-led reinvention, growth-stage and technology-native firms, and cross-sector ecosystems shaping the future of critical infrastructure and innovation. She brings a distinctive perspective on how leadership, governance, and talent strategies must evolve to keep pace with accelerating technological change.
With nearly two decades in executive search, Jane specializes in technical and innovation leadership across AI, data, cybersecurity, product, and digital functions. Her experience includes AI platforms, next-gen infrastructure, and emerging cyber capabilities, with a focus on building leadership teams that can translate technical ambition into scaled execution.
Prior to her work in talent, Jane was a member of the technology consulting services division at Thomson Reuters. She holds a master’s degree from Brown University and a bachelor’s degree from New York University, and is based in New York, NY and Washington, DC.
