Jonathan Wildman

North America, Life Science Consulting Leader

Jonathan Wildman is a Senior Client Partner, Global Account Leader, and the North America Life Sciences lead for Advisory in Korn Ferry. In this role, he assists clients with implementing business transformation. This includes process/operating model implementation, org design, employee engagement, top team alignment, and culture change.

Jon has collaborated with clients on a variety of topics that include driving efficiencies and cost reallocation; outsourcing and operating model redesign; M&A; and business expansion. Jon spends the majority of his time in the biopharma space. He is energized by playing even small roles in executing the mission that biopharma companies pursue for patients and physicians. The changing account management landscape, partially driven by regulatory changes is particularly interesting to Jon. He has worked for Korn Ferry for 19 years and spent time in offices in the US and abroad, including Boston, San Francisco, New York, London, Paris, Singapore, Mumbai, and Zurich.

Jon’s expertise began in the talent space, where he provided individual and team coaching to address a variety of issues including misaligned goals, ambiguity of strategy, and interpersonal conflict. As he grew in his career, Jon began to practice and become more involved in the strategy, process and job elements of organizations, supporting larger-scale transformations. To date, he has supported change initiatives in the biopharma, retail, oil & gas, and financial services industries with many of the largest organizations in the world.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jon worked in the psychology field and consulted with a number of individuals, groups, and athletic teams on performance excellence.  He earned a B.S. in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Psychology from the University of North Texas, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, with a specialization in Sport and Performance Psychology, also from the University of North Texas.
