Her expertise in communication and change spans the future of work, HR transformation, total rewards, restructuring, and other challenges organizations face every day. Karrin brings a creative, curious, practical approach to designing plans to communicate and implementing communication tactics.

Karrin has supported clients across industries, such as life sciences, consumer products, communications, media and entertainment, financial services, aerospace and defense, and industrial manufacturing. Karrin joined Korn Ferry with more than a decade of combined consulting and boutique internal communication agency experience. She is well versed in helping clients guide leaders and employees through high-touch, human-centric enterprise change journeys.

She earned her M.B.A. from Villanova University and her B.A. in English from St. Joseph’s University. She also earned a Prosci change management certification.
