Karrin serves clients across industries, including global technology, life sciences, consumer products, communications, media and entertainment, financial services, aerospace and defense, and industrial manufacturing.

Karrin has advised Fortune 500 clients through large-scale HR and enterprise change efforts during more than a decade of consulting and boutique agency experience in change management and internal communication.

She holds an M.B.A. from Villanova University and a B.A. in English from St. Joseph’s University. She is also a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner. Her work has also received top-tier industry recognition from IABC Gold Quill.
