He was a HR leader for the first 20 years of his career, and for the last 20 has been a business development executive in the talent management sector working for Manpower Group/Right Management and a local boutique executive recruiting/talent development firm.
Kurt has supported clients with CEO succession assessment and coaching support, international cohort mid level leadership development programing, identification of high potential leaders and development including coaching and cohort learning, and employee engagement surveys and action planning. His clients represent manufacturing, financial services, insurance, food and packaging, and professional services sectors.
In addition to his full time role, he has been a member and currently facilitates 6 HR executive roundtables made up of a total of 150 leaders across 100 organizations in Northern WI. He has been a trusted advisor to the group over the years relative to their careers and success.
Kurt has both an MBA and BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. He has been a member of their College of Business Advisory Board for over 30 years and led their campaign to recruit new members as a new Dean was promoted recently. He also has served as President of his local church and supported the technical colleges in the area. His wife and daughter are both teachers in the Oshkosh community.
