She has presented at conferences on topics including Leadership Agility, Leadership and the Transformative Power of Ideas, DE&I as a Business Accelerator, and Radical People Strategies.
Lisa holds an MBA from The Wharton School in Strategy and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Social Psychology. Lisa has worked across all industries in over 30 countries, including Fortune 100 C-suites and government leaders. She has served as an executive coach to over 800 senior executives and leadership teams.
