Senior Client Partner

Lucy’s career spans more than 25 years in executive leadership and ownership roles with search, staffing and talent solutions organizations and management consulting firms. Focusing on Talent and Transformational programs.

Lucy joins Korn Ferry following her previous role as Vice President Marketing and Practice Consulting at M Financial Group, a leader in life insurance and financial services for high-net-worth clients and successful businesses. She was responsible for all aspects of Marketing, Change Management and building a Practice Consulting organization to increase the sales and profitability of M member firms. She designed and built M’s award-winning Magnet Program, which is a two-year recruitment, training and development program for financial advisors.

Prior to M, she was a Senior Principal at Accenture in the Talent and Organization practice for Energy and Products North America supporting clients Chevron, Husky, Suncor, Hess, Nike and McKesson.

Before joining Accenture, she was on the leadership team of Strategic Staffing Solutions at $200M talent acquisition, MSP and staffing company. She was responsible for building development centers and offshore recruiting teams, the managed solutions practice, and west coast operations. She was also the national account lead for company’s largest account, Wells Fargo. She had early career success building her own firm, Ascent Consulting Group, an IT staffing and search firm that supported clients in 5 Southern states. She sold Ascent to Strategic Staffing Solutions.

She holds undergraduate degree in History and French from Sweet Briar College and a Certificate Des Etudes from the University of Paris, Sorbonne Université. She has her Professional Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
