His background includes sales strategy, sales force design, sales compensation, customer engagement, data analysis, market research, and project planning & management.
Matt has worked with Fortune 100 to small and mid-market clients on ways to optimize their organizations and improve sales effectiveness. He has worked across several major sectors, including technology, financial services, energy, and life sciences.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Matt was part of ZS Associates and Kennedy/Jenks Consultants.
Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geosciences from the University of Notre Dame.
