Her background includes corporate roles leading learning and organizational development initiatives in the financial services and insurance industries.
Ms. Tamkin's focus is as a talent development leader with key competencies in executive assessment and leadership development. She helps organizations improve their talent decisions and individual leaders accelerate their own development.

Ms. Tamkins holds a doctorate in organizational psychology from Columbia University.
