She leads the commercial products team across EMEA providing a suite of proven and standardized online tools designed to help clients with managing their recurring HR processes.
Mirka started her career as a Junior Consultant with Korn Ferry in Zeist, The Netherlands in 1999 and worked as a Consultant and Business Developer for Korn Ferry Baltics in 2003. She joined the rapidly growing Russian Korn Ferry office in 2004, taking up several roles: Senior Consultant, Project Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Business Developer, Recruiter, and Team Leader. As member of the Russian Management Team, she strongly contributed to the development of the Russian business. Moreover, she has been actively involved in project management and business development in the CIS region. As a Consultant Mirka supported companies in developing processes, systems and strategies in the areas of job evaluation, grading, reward, management development and performance management for them to be able to retain, develop and attract the right people in the context of a highly competitive labor market. Her main experience is in the banking, FMCG and oil&gas sectors.
Since 2009 Mirka has been taking on leadership roles across EMEA, leading innovative approaches in digital products for a range of talent management requirements.
Mirka completed her studies International Management with specialization in Organization and Change Management at Maastricht University with honors. She has also studied Psychology and Operations Management in Colorado, United States.
