As an Executive Senior Partner in the firm’s Military Transition Division, Nate knowledgeably works with former military members, helping them define and build civilian careers that match their experiences, education and ambitions. He believes that quality recruiting results in more than simply a job placement – it engenders value and pride in a candidate’s life and embodies both the candidate's past successes and future achievements. His own military background and two notable decades of recruiting and hiring experience enable him to expertly gauge and assess the ideal opportunities for each individual candidate.

Working primarily with the military’s elite Service Academy and ROTC graduates, he assists companies within a variety of industries hire outstanding leadership talent in management, engineering, quality, consulting, sales and property management. From emerging businesses to Fortune 1000 corporations, he works with companies across the nation to place the military’s top talent in civilian positions that lead to lasting, successful careers.

Having served in the U.S. Army as Battery Fire Direction Officer Platoon Leader and Battalion Fire Direction Officer, Nate intimately understands the level of decision making and precision management that military candidates bring to the corporate arena. In turn, he knowledgeably helps those leaders translate their experiences and capabilities into genuine business assets for the companies within which they find rewarding careers.

Nate graduated from West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management. At Lucas Group, he was awarded the President’s Club honor twenty-eight consecutive years, was Military Recruiter of the Year in 2002 and a Platinum Elite winner multiple years. A life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Nate enjoys spending time with his family and working within the community to better the lives and choices of Atlanta’s at-risk kids.
