Nicola is an Associate Client Partner supporting the firm’s Organizational Strategy capability with particular focus on culture, change and communication.

Over the past 20 years, Nicola has partnered with leading organizations to help them tackle some of their toughest challenges. Her approach harnesses the combined power of strategic communication, meaningful engagement and cultural alignment to create long lasting positive impact. She brings a unique blend of skills across culture, engagement and leadership to help simplify the complex and create impactful connection to the ambition and stories of an organization during transformations, with evidenced impact:

  • Leading culture change and communications – partnered with leading hospitality brand as their transformation lead resulting in 100% of people inspired for the future post initial launch event.
  • The power of storytelling – partnered with an NHS Board to articulate the new Trust narrative and embed a multi-workstream strategy and shift culture. The success of the programme exceeded objectives and drove confidence in the new strategy and approach within the Trust and the broader community.  
  • Shifting mindsets – worked with a global retailer and their senior leadership to develop high performing mindsets, team charter, vision and strategic planning to deliver high impact co-created connection to Divisional strategy. 

She has previously led EMEA employee engagement at Yahoo before moving to a boutique leadership and organizational performance consultancy, Lane4. Before joining Korn Ferry, she successfully led and grew the Communications and Engagement practice in the EY People Advisory Services shaping a differentiated proposition of strategists, storytellers and creatives.

She has played the role of strategic and trusted advisor across all levels within leading organizations in diverse sectors across media, retail, hospitality, utilities, finance and public sector. Her experience spans developing and executing strategy, culture, purpose, narrative design, storytelling, senior leadership development, coaching, EVP, corporate communications and creative engagement.
