Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2019, Opo worked in one of the top 5 global IT Consulting firms as a Senior Manager in the Digital Strategy unit translating technical terms into educational goals and HR metrics to help companies achieve their re-skilling, up-skilling and transformation strategies.

Also, in 2016, Opo help design and execute the pre-employment pipeline strategy in the USA working closely with grass-roots organizations, Community Colleges, Universities and coding boot camps to attract and build diverse talent.

Opo is a true technologist, he has earned over 14 IT industry certifications and participates actively speaking, teaching and coaching future IT stars and career changers in DevOps, Cloud Computing, IoT, Cyber Security, Data Science and Agile.

Opo attended the New York Institute of Technology where he studied Network and System Administration​.
