For more than 20 years, Mr. Herrera has been creating innovative-out of the box solutions around workforce development and digital transformation (re-skilling, upskilling, and pre-employment [hire-to train/train-to hire methods) understanding and aligning complex technical and behavioral needs).

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2019, Mr. Herrera worked in one of the top 5 global IT Consulting firms as a Senior Manager in the Digital Strategy unit translating technical terms into educational goals and HR metrics.

Also, since 2016, Mr. Herrera help designed and executed the pre-employment pipeline strategy in the USA working closely with grass-roots organizations, Community Colleges, Universities and coding boot camps to attract and build diverse talent.
