She has done multiple compensation and benefits benchmarking and manages key client relationships with both multinational and Indian organizations across India and Pakistan as part of her role in the Productized Services line at Korn Ferry.
Her experience lies in advising HR heads and executive management with compensation trends of the market & industry.
Ms. Wadhwa has worked closely with clients like Shell, DNV, Pepsi, Exxon, Aditya Birla, Tractebel, Mitsubishi Electric, Chevron, Walmart on assignments like compensation benchmarking, benefits benchmarking, salary structuring, policy design, budgeting, implementation of compensation review process etc.
Ms. Wadhwa has a MBA in HR from Amity Business School. Before joining Korn Ferry, Rohini has worked in organizations like AON Hewitt, HCL Technologies and Aditya Birla Financial Services.
