For over two decades, Mr. Kingdom has served clients in the Leadership and Talent Development arena across a wide range of businesses and solutions such as Executive Search, Board /C-Suite Succession , Leadership Development, Talent Assessment and Talent Transformation. Functionally, he has a particular depth in CEO, COO, and General Management consulting for Industrial companies and has completed over 120 CEO, COO, and Division President engagements.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Kingdom built and led the firm's Global Industrial Practice as President. This Practice became the largest of its kind in the Industry with nine sectors operating around the globe delivering nearly a third of the firm's work through some of the worlds most recognized organizations. Prior, Mr. Kingdom was the Managing Director of Korn Ferry's Chicago office and the Midwest region, which included offices in Minneapolis, Denver, Dallas, Houston and Austin.
In 1998, Mr. Kingdom was elected to the Firm's Board of Directors and was re-elected after the company became publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange. At that time, Korn Ferry's Board of Directors selected Mr. Kingdom to lead its own Chief Executive Officer succession process which yielded the Industry's first ever outside leader .
Before joining Korn Ferry in 1987, Mr. Kingdom was with Coldwell Banker's Commercial Real Estate Group in Denver, Colorado, where he was responsible for an array of client service activities.
Mr. Kingdom currently serves as a board member for Youth Guidance in Chicago and the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business. He is a Trustee of the University of Colorado Foundation. Mr. Kingdom holds a Bachelor's in Finance from the University of Colorado.
