Teresa is a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry’s Zurich office, where she focuses on leadership development, assessment, and DEI. With nearly 25 years of experience in human resources and talent management, she is recognized for her ability to build innovative solutions that integrate multiple disciplines.
Teresa's career trajectory is marked by her international assignments and impactful contributions. She began her journey in human resources as a workforce development, culture, and training manager. Since joining Korn Ferry in 2012, Teresa has held pivotal roles in Madrid, India, and Switzerland. During her tenure in India from 2017 to 2021, she led strategic client initiatives, building regional capabilities and advancing Korn Ferry's competency modeling, assessment, and leadership development across APAC. Currently, she serves clients globally from her base in Switzerland, driving transformative leadership programs across industries.
Her areas of expertise include leadership & professional development, executive coaching, diversity, equity & inclusion, assessment, and succession management. Teresa is certified in all Korn Ferry assessment and feedback tools and accredited in using GPI, Hogan’s inventories, and MBTI-I. She is also a PCC Executive Coach and Organizational Development Coach (ICF) and a trained ADHD Coach.
Teresa holds an MBA from IE Business School, a master’s degree in human resources management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and a bachelor’s degree in education from Universitat de Barcelona. She has previously served as a professor in the Executive Coaching Program at IE Business School and as an associate teacher in change management at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. She is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
