Tracey Collins is a Principal in our Culture, Change and Communications (C3) practice, with a focus on the healthcare industry.  She has a passion for helping organizations realize their talent and business strategies through their most important asset, their people.

Tracey’s range of expertise includes change management, culture transformation, culture assessment, diversity and inclusion, candidate attraction and employer branding.  She has over 20 years of diversified recruitment experience in Talent Acquisition Solutions including TA strategy development and diagnostics, inclusive recruitment strategies, interview training,  recruitment technology optimization and process measurement.  She held the position of Continuous Improvement and Product Enablement Global Director in our Recruitment Process Outsourcing business and lead the rollout of an intelligence cloud product with many of our Fortune 500 RPO clients globally.

Tracey held a variety of roles in talent acquisition and HR across delivery, leadership and center of excellence roles.  She has a proven track record leading large-scale technology and process improvement projects from design through implementation including ATS adoption, internal job posting, Workday HCM, and resource management.  She is an accomplished trainer in behavioral interviewing. 

Tracey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, both from Rutgers University.  She is certified in Prosci change management.
