Principal, Cultural Transformation

Tracey Collins is Principal in our Cultural Transformation practice, based in our New York office. 

Ms. Collins has more than twenty years of experience in talent acquisition leading large scale teams, supporting technology adoption and designing change management initiatives.  Her passion for people, process and innovation has served her well throughout her career and afforded the opportunity to help several organizations achieve success with their projects and initiatives.

Prior to her role in Culture & Change, Ms. Collins  was Global Director, Continuous Improvement and Product Enablement in our RPO business where she led the rollout of the KF Recruit product globally and supported our clients on their change and process improvement programs.

Ms. Collins began her career in HR at Hewitt Associates and lead the rollout of their internal job posting and resource management processes firmwide, as well as career coaching and training.  She also held leadership positions at Mercer, The New York Public Library and Workforce Logiq.

Ms. Collins received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management (including advanced coursework in Mathematics and Psychology) and a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, both from Rutgers University.
