Violaine is strongly committed to delivering ad-hoc solutions to her clients. She is working in close collaboration with other sector practices to leverage Korn Ferry’s strong network.

With more than 15 years of experience in recruitment in France and abroad, Violaine started her career in England and Australia where she recruited mainly financial experts. During this period, she held management positions in a large international firm. For the last 4 years, she was a generalist head-hunter in the boutique recruitment she co-founded. She advised start-ups and scale-ups as well as SMEs, large groups and subsidiaries of foreign groups in their recruitment strategies. 

She now works in a variety of roles, mainly within the finance function in France and internationally.

Violaine studied on Neoma Business School campus and was destined to be a Chartered Accountant.

She speaks native French and is bilingual in English.
