Ms. Boron brings fifteen years of leadership consulting experience, with a strong focus on CEO, C-Suite and Board succession engagements and executive searches.

Since joining Korn Ferry in 2014, she has been a core member of the Board & CEO Services practice with significant experience partnering with organizations undergoing transformation and inventing for the future.

Today, Ms. Boron leads the firm’s C-Suite Progression Planning practice in the US, working across search, assessment and development to ensure organizations have the executive leadership capabilities needed to drive and execute their future-focused strategic agenda. In 2017, she was awarded the firm’s Founder Award for her efforts in expanding the firm’s succession planning capabilities.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Boron founded her own talent management firm where she assisted high-growth technology companies identify top talent and plan long-term talent strategies. Earlier in her career, she worked for a boutique executive search firm.

Ms. Boron received her Master of Business Administration from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree from Furman University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
