Ms. Gaeddert is an accomplished business leader, consultant, and psychologist focused on developing executives and accelerating their readiness for effective transition into larger roles. She is a member of the leadership team for the CEO Succession Practice, responsible for Korn Ferry’s Chief Executive Institute and Executive to Leader Institute.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Gaeddert served as managing director, North America, for Korn Ferry's Leadership and Talent Consulting business. Earlier, she was president of Lominger International, COO of LeaderSource, and served as the global leader, onboarding. She has also served as a member of Korn Ferry’s global human resources team, leading the learning and development initiative within the organization. 

Before joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Gaeddert was president and cofounder of QI International, a consulting firm dedicated to improving the way organizations manage business relationships with customers, employees, and other stakeholders. She coauthored Quality on Trial and was a practice leader with Personnel Decisions International.

Ms. Gaeddert is active in the community and in professional organizations. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and HR People and Strategy. Also, she currently serves on the board of directors of Search Institute and is chair of the organization's CEO Search Committee. She once served as chair of the Bethel College board of directors and has been an adjunct professor for the department of psychology at the University of Minnesota.

Ms. Gaeddert earned a doctor of philosophy in psychology from the University of Minnesota.
