Mark Quinn is a Senior Client Partner based in Korn Ferry’s London office and leads Rewards & Benefits across EMEA.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in September 2017, Mark worked for Mercer as a Partner in the rewards practice and leader of the UK&I Talent & Rewards business.

He was previously Head of Reward at RBS for Retail, Corporate & Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance; Director of Performance & Reward Consulting at EY (specialising in global M&A); and has held senior HR and Reward roles at Sainsbury’s, Hiscox, the Rank Group and GlaxoSmithKline. 

Mark has over 30 years experience in line and Consulting roles.

He supports clients across the people agenda with particular focus on the strategic relationship between organizational performance, individual performance and reward.

Mark has worked with a broad range of clients including Atkins, Aviva, the BBC, BMW, Bupa, Centrica, Citi, Credit Suisse, Coca-Cola, DHL, Julius Baer, Lenovo, Lloyds Banking Group, Nestle, RBS, Sage, SABMiller, Standard Life, Santander, Statoil, Unilever, and Virgin Media. 

Mark has a B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy from Hull University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Freeman of the WC of Management Consultants.
