Nate Hines has more than 15 years of expertise in strategy, design, and execution of custom learning and development programs for enterprise-level organizations.

Throughout his career, he has designed and delivered global immersion-based programs and consulted directly with C-level executives on global needs analysis.

His ability to innovate, create, and deliver on-brand solutions has enabled him to successfully contribute to some of Korn Ferry Hay Group’s largest engagements, including a company-wide leadership solution for a major insurance company and a global developing-leader program for a large retailer.

Mr. Hines’ deep global experience spans industries from healthcare and scientific equipment to manufacturing, transportation, high tech/software, and retail. His clients have ranged from consumer-products and retail companies to nonprofits and NGOs, and include some of the globe’s most recognizable brands.

Mr. Hines has a broad spectrum of business expertise in areas such as strategic alignment, change readiness, leader as coach/mentor, leadership-team alignment, global and cross-cultural issues, mergers and acquisitions, and success and career development. He specializes in debriefing numerous assessment tools, with a common-sense approach to feedback and enhancing one’s emotional intelligence to benefit the individual, the team, and the organization.

Mr. Hines has a graduate degree in adult education from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He also is a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation and a Coactive Coach from the Coach Training Institute.
