Stuart Brain based in London is part of Korn Ferry's global Private Equity Practice and Financial Services Practice.

Mr. Brain leads a number of Korn Ferry's private equity relationships, and manages the Firm's private equity and portfolio company relationships across the financial services sector in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He advises private equity funds across the entire investment cycle, as well as leading executive search projects for portfolio company leaders. He specialises in working with portfolio companies in the financial services, business services and technology sectors.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Brain worked for an advisory and executive search Firm dedicated to private equity. He was one of seven practice leaders, responsible for leading the Financial Services Practice across the Firm's offices in London, Munich, New York and Paris.

Previously, Mr. Brain spent thirteen years working for two global professional services Firms. He set up the UK Management Consulting Practice at one of the Firms, and more recently, set up the UK Bank Restructuring and Consulting Practice at the second Firm. He was the Monitoring Trustee to the Troika for Alpha Bank's state-aid commitments in Greece, and Monitoring Trustee to the European Commission for Lloyds Banking Group's state-aid commitments in the UK, including overseeing Project Verde.

Mr. Brain is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has a degree in Economics.
