Susan Snyder is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the firm’s new York office.

Ms. Snyder works globally with both mid- and large- sized companies, in the life sciences and legal sectors. Focusing on helping executives improve organizational performance, she enables clients to deliver strategy by enhancing the effectiveness.

Ms. Snyder helped enhance performance at a medical devices company, working with the senior leadership team to speed decision-making and collaboration. She increased profitability in a privately held corporate trading group, after assessment and on-boarding of senior executives. She also produced a faster and more effective acquisition of key drugs, after working with global pharmaceutical organization’s senior marketing team.

Ms. Snyder’s areas of expertise include senior team development, executive assessment, talent management, culture definition and sustenance, and executive leadership development. She is particularly passionate about unleashing potential in individuals and companies.

In addition to consulting, Susan speaks and publishes widely. She is the co-author of “CEO Succession Planning in Practice” (Chief Executive Magazine, March/April 2009) and of “Leadership Flexibility: How Outstanding Partners Get Results” (Strategies, 3.05). She is the author of “Leadership: The Critical Element in Mid-Cap Growth” (Life Sciences Leader, June and July 2011) and of “Creating an Ethical Culture: A CEO’s Checklist” (Pharmaceutical Compliance Monitor). 

Ms. Snyder holds a master’s in theological studies from Harvard Divinity School and a bachelor’s degree in classics and religion from Reed College (Phi Beta Kappa).
