On 13 October 2023, Korn Ferry held its 2nd Mixed Touch Rugby Tournament in Richmond, London. Touch Rugby is a version of Rugby in which ball carriers are touched by opposing players rather than tackled.

The objective of the event was to aid the Prince’s Trust. A total sum of £15,500 was raised for the day.

The tournament featured more than 18 teams in participation, with an audience of over 300 attendees, including organisations such as British Land, CBRE, Shaftesbury Capital PLC, Gardiner & Theobald LLP, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Sir Robert McAlpine, Carter Jonas, Knight Frank, Montagu Evans, Landsec, Mount Anvil, Oxygen Asset Management, Russell Reynolds Associates, Industrials REIT, LinkedIn, Turner & Townsend and Quantem.

“I am thrilled with how well it was attended and how much money we could raise for The Prince’s trust. The tournament is unique and unlike anything else out there in the Real Estate sector as it’s a mixed tournament which gives respective companies the opportunity to introduce young leaders and empower future leaders.”

Yannick Green, ex professional Rugby player and Real Estate Senior Associate at Korn Ferry

The tournament was created back in 2019 by Yannick and has since expanded in scale in 2023 with support from Ben Sturnham, Senior Client Partner and Sector Leader for Real Estate at Korn Ferry, and a former professional Rugby player.
