Adapting With You as Work Evolves
As work continues to change, talent systems must adapt without forcing organizations to start over. Our Built-on-Workday applications continue to evolve in this release, reflecting the flexibility that a truly connected platform enables. Enhancements to the Profile Manager app streamline job profile creation, editing, and mapping directly within Workday, making it easier to maintain, enrich, and keep profiles aligned without moving across systems.
We’ve also expanded and refreshed Leadership & Professional Development content, including new EU pay transparency learning to help organizations prepare for real regulatory change.
