Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

If your work with Korn Ferry includes the processing of personal data governed by the GDPR, UK GDPR, or Swiss data protection law, a transfer mechanism is required to facilitate the processing of any such data outside of Europe. One option is to enter into the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted per the European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021.

Korn Ferry’s pre-signed SCCs describe the nature of the personal data processed during the provision of services and our organization’s data protection measures.

Our pre-signed SCCs include three sections which capture all of our services and utilize the SCC’s pre-written modules as follows:

• Module 1: Professional & Executive Search services
• Module 1: Korn Ferry Pay, Profile Manager, & Architect services
• Module 2: Advisory, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), & Digital services

Please note, executing the SCCs simply permits a data transfer to occur, it does not require the transfer to occur.

To complete the pre-signed SCCs, you should:

1. Korn Ferry’s pre‑signed Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are available to download and counter‑sign here:

• the 2021 version (signed 21 September 2021); and
• the latest 2026 version (signed 10 April 2026).

The applicable version depends on the date the parties’ service agreement was executed (e.g., the 2021 SCCs version apply to service agreements executed between September 2021 and April 2026).

2. Download the pre-signed SCCs above.

3. Email the completed and signed SCCs to DPAPrivacy@kornferry.com. Please indicate your organization’s name in the Subject line.

If you return a modified version of the pre-signed SCCs, Korn Ferry will reject the document.

Additionally, if the entity listed on the SCCs is not a party to your current agreement with Korn Ferry, we will reject the SCCs and notify you of necessary revisions.
