Passionate about the sustainable growth and development of Singapore and SEA talents in the region, Ms. Tan has more than 15 years of experience of being a trusted advisor to local conglomerates and multinational companies to identify, recruit and retain the top talents across the SEA region.

Often lauded for strategic key account management and out-of-the-box solutions to their needs, her repertoire of clients includes multinational pharmaceutical, medical devices and healthcare infrastructure corporations as well as small to medium size biotechnology startup firms.

Her key areas of expertise include talent strategy development, future-proofing leadership bench strength, market mapping and benchmarking, succession planning, and interview coaching to senior executives.

Before joining the search and consulting industry, Ms. Tan had an exciting portfolio in corporate communications and advertising before joining a US search firm in Singapore as a senior consultant handling regional semiconductor and industrial sector key clients.

She subsequently joined a US public-listed search firm specializing in mid to senior-level commercial positions within the Industrial & Family Owned Business sector.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Tan was a Senior Director in a regional search firm, where she was responsible for the Industrial, Supply Chain & Healthcare practices in the region.

Ms. Tan earns a Bachelor in Mass Communications from RMIT University. Born and raised in Singapore, she is trilingual in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
