Lydia helps our clients design and implement transformational change management and communication strategies – focused in the areas of talent, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Environment/Social/Governance (ESG), rewards, organization strategy and leadership development. 

Lydia’s range of expertise includes change management, internal communication, mergers/ acquisitions/restructuring initiatives, employee wellbeing, compensation, organizational transformation and HR technology implementation. Lydia specializes in creating engaging employee experiences that drive behavior change and business results.

She supports clients across industries to inspire, inform and connect with their people. Lydia has 25 years in human capital consulting expertise and has served clients across many industries including: healthcare, life sciences, banking, consumer goods, transportation, utilities and insurance.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Lydia was Director, Talent – Change Management & Communication at Willis Towers Watson where she led client teams in implementing change and communication strategies. She also held various consulting roles at Deloitte and the former Hewitt Associates (Aon).

Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Georgia State University and is a certified change management practitioner.
