Rackowe brings more than 25 years of executive search experience, where he specialized in advising private equity clients across asset classes and functions, and leadership and succession needs across various portfolio companies. In addition, he also has extensive experience focused on the broader financial services market, including investment banking, capital markets and asset management.

Peter’s knowledge and proven track record in private equity and real estate will add great value to our financial services capabilities across Japan and more broadly in Asia. His skills and expertise establishing and leading global searches are outstanding, and he will undoubtedly make an impact to our team. We are thrilled to have Peter return to the Korn Ferry family.

Rackowe holds a Master’s degree in Oriental Studies from Cambridge University.
