Deploy the Korn Ferry construct of Learning Agility to support individuals in identifying areas where they are more or less agile and tailor development and coaching efforts to help these individuals attain career and personal success. Prepare to accurately and effectively interpret and provide feedback on the Korn Ferry Assess: Learning Agility Coaching Report.

Course summary:

Objectives

• Define learning agility as one of the success factors for effective performance for individuals and for organizations.
• Gain fluency in the language of learning agility. 
• Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the interpretation of the Learning Agility Coaching Report.  
• Identify resources to support the development of learning agility.  
• Practice feedback report coaching discussions based on the Learning Agility Coaching report.

Results

Gain confidence in describing the factors and value of learning agility.   Support the development of others by preparing to provide feedback coaching on the KF Assess: Learning Agility Coaching report.

Organizational Development specialists who focus on succession planning including any individuals who will be providing feedback on the KF: Assess Learning Agility Coaching Report.
