What will the training cover?
Introduction to the Pay Hub – Product services portal including peer groups and custom grades creation market dashboards market insights and detailed reports (Reward Health check and Reward Benchmarking tool).
What is the benefit of training participation?
- Understand the usage of the platform. Ability to navigate with ease and access all relevant pay data as well as insights and analytics.
- Ability to create, administer and manage market peer groups within the Pay Hub.
- Create real-time dashboards that integrate data from multiple filters.
