Assessment Analytics updates
To date, we have concentrated on answering key questions such as:
- How do users perform on average?
- How do users compare with each other?
- How do users stack up against the requirements of a Success Profile?
However, in order to give Central HR and local functions a way to monitor their assessment usage, we have just added a new page on “Usage Analytics”–to help answer the following questions:
- What assessments have we used as an organization?
- How is this split between KF Assess and KF Select projects?
- How does this break down by participant status (in-progress, completed)?
- How does this vary over time?
