Flash Player Not Found Error

 

'Flash Player Not Found' Error When Logging on To Assessments Portal To Launch ViaEdge Or Korn Ferry Assessment Of Leadership Potential

Issue:

You logon to the Assessments Portal to access viaEDGE or Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential (KFALP), but the page fills with a "Flash Player Not Found" error message.

Solution:

If the only assessments you are taking are viaEDGE or KFALP, you can ignore this error. Simply click 'CONTINUE' at the bottom of the error page to move on.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Flash is not required for ViaEdge or Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential (KFALP) only. If you see this error while attempting to access any other assessment through the Portal, follow the instructions in the error message to install or enable Flash Player before continuing.
