Assessment for Agility in a Volatile World

Simplifying, scaling and interconnecting talent assessment activities to drive performance in a changing world

2 May 2019, 1pm BST (GMT +1)

In the third and final webinar of the series, we continue the Agility theme and look at the role of talent assessment in forward-looking workforce planning.

With disruptive external operating environments, frequent changes in strategy, and increased levels of M&A activity, organizations often find themselves unsure whether they have the right talent to drive future success.

In this VUCA (volatile, uncertain, chaotic, ambiguous) world, leadership talent is under particularly acute pressure – needing to cope with high change at a personal level and also be able to guide and navigate teams and organizations through transitions. We take a look at the set of capabilities needed for leaders to be able to thrive, rather than just cope, in this setting.

We also look at how progressive organizations are thinking ahead about leadership talent requirements in terms of these skills, competencies and overall capability to ensure strategy realization - and evaluating and adjusting their talent strategies accordingly.
