Brian has been working for Korn Ferry over 7 years and leads a global benefits team for 50 countries and 7000 employees.
He also leads the health, welfare and retirement benefits strategy for US and International countries. Retirement benefits including pensions, 401(k) and retiree medical.
Brian manages ESPP and deferred comp programs and leads the safety and well-being committee.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Brian worked for a financial services firm as Vice President. He was a consultant for the health and benefits practice.
He worked with both private and public sector clients in the range of 500, 150,000 lives.
His specialties included; general client management, benefit plan design, funding and cost analysis, strategic benefits planning and goal setting, assessment of carrier and third party administrator capabilities and pricing, medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, long-term care, life and business travel accident (BTA), employee assistance plan (EAP) and Section 125, contract analysis, consumer, driven healthcare, wellness initiatives and healthcare reform.
Brian has a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University.
