We supplemented this timely data with insights from Korn Ferry’s employee opinion database, which contains views from 1.7M employees across 50+ countries and 90+ organizations.

What did we find out?

Many organizations reacted quickly to the social unrest, pledging large scale transformation and putting DE&I at the top of the priority list, but they’re still having trouble making progress.
